1. Who we are
PadelStatsIQ (hereinafter, "the Application") is a service to record and analyze padel matches at a personal and professional level. The data controller and service operator is identified in the Privacy Policy. For any inquiries: noreply@padelstats.local.
2. Purpose of the service
The Application lets you create matches, record points and actions, review statistics and share matches live. Using the service is voluntary and free in its basic version. Any paid version or premium features will be governed by additional terms that will be communicated specifically.
3. Registration and account
- To use the Application you must register an account with a valid email and accurate personal data.
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- We verify your email through a double opt-in link. Unverified accounts cannot sign in.
4. Acceptable use rules
- Do not impersonate others or knowingly register players with false data.
- Do not use the Application for illegal, fraudulent activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to access other users' data outside the flows provided by the service (admin panel, public share links, etc.).
- Do not automate or scrape the service without express authorization.
5. Data processing: purposes
By registering you accept that the data you provide and the data generated while using the Application (matches, players, statistics) may be processed for the following purposes:
- Service operation: authenticating you, displaying your information, computing your statistics and enabling the normal operation of the app.
- Product improvement: aggregated and anonymized usage analysis to detect issues, evaluate performance and prioritize new features.
- Commercial communications: sending notices about new features, surveys and opportunities related to the service, as well as use of aggregated/anonymized data for commercial purposes (usage reports, statistical studies on padel). Your personal identity is not transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.
- Legal compliance: audit logs required by data protection regulations.

6. Account deletion and history retention
You can delete your account at any time from /profile → Delete account. When you do:
- Your access is blocked and your email is freed for future registrations.
- The matches and players you created are kept in the history in anonymized form (without your name or email) to avoid affecting other users' statistics.
- If you want complete deletion of that data (full purge), write to noreply@padelstats.local and we will process it manually.
7. Limitation of liability
The Application is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute accuracy of the computed statistics. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. If the change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use the Application. The date of the latest version in force appears above.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the data controller's domicile, unless the applicable consumer regulations provide otherwise.

Notice on language version. This English text is a convenience translation. The Spanish version is the original and legally binding text. In case of discrepancy between the Spanish and English versions, the Spanish version prevails.
